I am a 3rd year medicine student at the Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel, Germany. In 2018, I completed my training as a paramedic and continued to work part-time during my studies. Since I am interested in oncology, I take place in a certificate program for oncology at my University. I moved to Boston for a research stay in the DeCaprio lab to gain experience in laboratory medicine and to extend my knowledge about cancer. When finishing my studies, I want to become an oncologist. During my free time I like to go for a run at the Charles River, play card games and look for good places to have coffee.
